The Virgin Islands Port Authority ("VIPA" or the "Authority") is seeking bids from qualified licensed contractors for the repair of water leaks that are occurring within the Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower facility at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport. VIPA has performed an investigation of the water leak source(s) and determined that the source(s) of the leaks is due to several issues, such as degraded roof flashing joints, cracked cast iron storm drain piping, and delaminated roof drain boots. Prices and payment of the scope items shall include full compensation for the repairs, including furnishing materials, labor, and equipment for the appropriate repairs. The Contractor will be responsible for the following: Providing an estimate for the cost of materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary for the repairs; and Providing a project timeline for completion of services
