Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) is soliciting a Request for Quotes (“RFQ”) from qualified firms for the purpose of providing flood damage repairs to the Marine Cargo Building located at the Gordon A. Finch Molasses Pier Dock on St. Croix in the United States Virgin Islands. This item shall consist of all work related to the complete installation of new drywall in the affected areas of the administrative offices at the Gordan Finch marine facility according to the attached plans and specifications. Work includes but is not limited to the installation of approximately 2,040.00 sq. ft. of gypsum board and insulation, and 680 linear ft of vinyl base board in the highlighted areas on the provided drawings. Measurements shall be confirmed by the contractor. This item shall consist of all work related to the installation of new carpet floor tiles in the indicated office spaces referenced on the plans. Work may include but is not limited to cleaning of the existing concrete floors, placement of new adhesive, installation of new carpet tiles, etc. New carpets shall consist of a similar style and color as the carpet located in the IRB office. This accounts for approximately 380 sq. ft. Measurements shall be confirmed by the contractor.
