Item # 4: ( 570 - 28 ) Purchase and installation of perimeter rail 3x8 marine grade pressure treated lumber to secure 2x6 bumper skirting. 3x8 wooden planks shall be secured with 3/8 log in bolts. All screws, washers, bolts, nuts shall be made of stainless steel. Item # 5: ( 540 - 91 ) Installation of horizontal cross 3x8 wooden planks to reinforce all piles as was done during original construction with bolts
