Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Stump out guinea grass, remove weeds, weed eat low grass areas. 2. Shape all hedges and ornamental plants inside fence lines. 3. Trim large trees between buildings protruding into walking areas, and over roofs. 4. Prune branches that appears dying, dead, or rotten. 5. Clean vines from fences and any vegetation on buildings. 6. Remove all vegetation from property and blow clean paved areas. 7. Utilize equipment with all of the manufacturer’s safety equipment. 8. Utilize safety barrier to protect adjacent property, staff and students from being damaged by projectiles. Monthly Services 1.Grass/Lawns should be uniformly cut to a length of two to four (2-4) inches 2. Bag and remove all vegetation and debris including trash, tree cuttings, branches and vines after each service. 3. Cut and clear all fences at least five feet on both sides of the fence line. 4. Remove all grass in cracks and walkways. 5.Clear all walkways, doorways and parking areas of debris and litter. Quarterly Services 1. Prune trees, ten (10) feet away from buildings and facilities. 2. Trim and remove large trees and branches. 3. Power wash walkways and parking areas with utilizing environmentally safe cleaning products.
