Specifications include, but are not limited to: Locations: Main Office-Leroy Quinn Finance Center 2nd Floor, Estate Diamond o Services shall be performed after 4:00pm Excise Tax Office-Gallows Bay-Chandler’s Wharf o Services shall be performed after 3:00pm Excise Tax Office-Gordon A. Finch Molasses Pier o Services shall be performed after 3:00pm Government’s requirements: 1. The Government shall supply toilet paper, C-Fold and hand soaps. Respondent(s) requirements: 1. The respondent(s) shall supply all cleaning supplies and labor necessary to perform the requested services. 2. The respondent(s) shall ensure that all cleaning disinfectants are appropriate for use on office furnishings, equipment and desktops. 3. The Respondent(s) shall clean and disinfect all mops and cleaning cloths after each use. 4. The respondent(s) shall ensure brooms and dustpans stored on premises are free of lint and debris. 5. The respondent(s) shall ensure mop buckets stored are empty after each use. 6. The respondent(s) shall complete a security background check with the BIR prior to the initial commencement of services. 7. The respondent(s) shall attend a mandatory one (1) hour Federal Disclosure Training. 8. The selected respondent to the Excise Tax Office located at the Gordon A. Finch Molasses Pier facility is required to obtain a Port Authority pass and/or TWIC Card for access to the facility. Daily Janitorial Services: The Respondent(s) shall: 1. The Respondent shall be responsible for cleaning (dirt removal) and subsequently disinfecting (kill germs) all administrative offices, bathrooms, kitchenettes, conference rooms, lounge rooms, storage closets, and other common areas located throughout the site. 2. The Respondent shall disinfect all doorframes, handles, desks, chairs, bookshelves, and shared electronic equipment inclusive of telephones, remote controls, computer keyboards and monitors. Cleaning and disinfecting of all bathrooms and its fixtures inclusive of sinks, faucets, toilets, dividers, etc. are necessary. 3. All floors located throughout the locations must be mopped. The respondent(s) shall utilize Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved 99% antibacterial disinfectants similar to Clorox Bleach, Pine Sol, etc. 4. The respondent shall disinfect waste baskets and change garbage liners.
