Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fleet Fuel Card system: To include at minimum: A GVI-Fleet branded automated fleet fuel card program to be administered in collaboration with the Government and the Respondent. A fuel retail software system with fuel card, token, and/or mobile app options for refueling across all three major islands A fuel network that allows the GVI to prequalify all interested local fuel suppliers for participation and to ensure registration as a government vendor with GVIBUY and SAM.gov For example, the GVI may separate the services requested in this RFP in the following manner, including but not limited to a single provider selected for all requested services by island or district, or; a single provider selected for fleet fuel card management services.
