To include at minimum: 1) A GVI-Fleet branded automated fleet fuel card program to be administered in collaboration with the Government and the Respondent. 2) A fuel retail software system with fuel card, token, and/or mobile app options for refueling on St. Croix. 3) A fuel network that allows the GVI to prequalify all interested local fuel suppliers for participation and to ensure registration as a government vendor with GVIBUY and SAM.gov. For example, the GVI may separate the services requested in this RFP in the following manner, including but not limited to a single provider selected for all requested services in the St. Croix district, or a single provider selected for fleet fuel card management services.
