Renovation of existing courtyard to include demolition of existing cistern, construction of new courtyard hardscape, steps, stage, and landscaping, renovation of courtyard rooms. 4. Installation of new emergency backup power generator. 5. Installation of new elevator shaft and elevator serving levels one, two, and three. 6. Renovation of level two to include new tutoring room, new classroom, new computer center, new archival exhibit room, new genealogical exhibit room. 7. Renovation of level three to include new VICA office spaces, renovated open workspace, roof deck. 8. Repairs to existing level two and level three roofs. 9. Repairs/upgrades to select mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) building systems.
