The Department of Public Works is in need of a Contractor for the Design, Installation and Maintenance of a Welcome Sign and Decorative Landscape at the East Airport Road Intersection on the island of St. Croix. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services described for the design, construction and development of the site. This project aims to enhance the property’s aesthetic appeal and provide directional information. The Contractor shall propose a design that includes a “Welcome to St. Croix” sign, the Virgin Islands Department of Tourism’s Mocko Jumbie, and directional information for Christiansted and Frederiksted. The design shall also include decorative plants, trees and/or flowers. The Contractor shall be responsible for all conceptual designs, installation, and maintenance of the area.
