Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Virgin Islands Department of Education (VIDE) seeks services from a licensed and experienced General Contractor with the knowledge, experience, and expertise to provide all things necessary to deliver a full-service turnkey product for a Removable Roof Covering and Permanent Framing to be placed over and anchored to the JROTC Drill Pad area at Ivanna Eudora Kean High School (IEKHS) on St. Thomas (STT), U.S. Virgin Islands. The objective of said Removable Roof Covering is to provide shading over the existing JROTC Drill Pad for the health and safety of our JROTC Cadets to avoid our students standing in direct sunlight and rain while participating in their military inspections exercises, conducting basic military drills, and practicing for upcoming JROTC competitions.
