Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Prepare complete Architectural and Engineering construction documents and specifications, for approximately 10,450 square feet of office spaces with conference rooms and copying/filing spaces in second floor Class A leased office space. • Build-out the office space. Construct, equip and furnish the above described space and move the entire Division of Business and Administrative Services into the newly builtout space. Note that some furniture and equipment will be moved from VIDE St. Thomas Headquarter to the new space and some furniture and equipment will be purchased and installed by the selected Design-Builder. VIDE will select and approve furniture and equipment prior to purchase. Location of the new offices: Crown Bay Center 1st Floor, approx. 3,641 sq.ft. and 2 nd Floor, approx. 6,809 sq.ft.
