Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide bush/debris clearing and excavation services on the Cyril E. King Airport airfield. Clearing and excavation needed includes 1,000 linear feet near the airport runway. Some rock relocation/removal expected. Some grading work required after bush debris removal. All debris, tree and bush must be removed, relocated, and disposed off airport property. Qualified business or firm is directly responsible for debris disposal. Heavy equipment to include backhoes, excavators, dumpsters, and dump trucks will be required to satisfactorily complete clearings, removals, excavations, and disposals. Business or firm must have experience in operating equipment within restricted areas at the Cyril E. King Airport. Work will be required to be performed during nighttime hours and after airport/aircraft operations. Access to restricted areas may require vendor to obtain a restricted area ID and establish a custom bond with United States Customs and Boarder Protection.
