Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and Replace 12-FT high chain link fence with 2-IN post every 8-FT and 3 (top/middle/bottom) 1 ¾ IN rails, in kind of materials; Including selective demolition & concrete base repair as required (match existing elevation for fencing & concrete base); Remove and Replace 12-FT high 240 FT long of knitted polyethylene windscreen with grommets every 12 inches, in kind of materials; Install 26-FT long x 11-FT wide corrugated metal roof over bleachers. Install 3x8 IN Rafters, 3x8 IN Ledgers, 2x4 IN Purlins, 2x12 IN Fascia Board, ½ IN thick T1-11 Sheathing with ice & water shield; Including hardware, strapping, and painting for installation. (See attached sketch); Patch and reform concrete at each cantilever support as required; Cast in place sleeve for anchor bolt where required; Including selective demolition Cantilever 4B (middle); Patch and reform concrete at each cantilever support as required; Cast in place sleeve for anchor bolt where required; Including selective demolition Cantilever 4C (left cantilever facing the front of structure); Remove and Replace section of top rail of chain link fence to match existing; Selective demo including hardware, galvanized steel, 1-5/8" x 40' x 0.065 wall
