Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP seeks to obtain specialized consultant services for the evaluation of the US Virgin Islands Department of Labor’s (VIDOL) Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessments (RESEA) Program. This statement of work describes the design for an external impact evaluation of the RESEA program to assess the effect of the entire RESEA program, virtual services, and case management on RESEA claimants. This RESEA bid solicitation is supported by the Employment and Training Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $498,400. 100% of the project is federally funded. Funds were awarded to VIDOLwith the intention that VIDOL would allow a maximum of 10% of the award to conduct evaluations.
