The Vendor will be responsible for: 1. Supplying sample collection kits, 2. Vendor will coordinate logistics and shipping of sample collection kits to 5 Virgin Islands Waste Management (VIWMA) Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) sampling sites, 3. Weekly sample collection and shipment coordination (samples must reach vendor within 24 hours). 4. Conduct testing and analysis for: • Respiratory Panel: COVID-19, Influenza A & B, and RSV • High-risk Substances Panel: Fentanyl, Norfentanyl, Methamphetamine, Amphetamine, Cocaine, Benzoylecgonine, Trans-3 hydroxycotinne (nicotine metabolite), Xylazine, 4- hydroxy xylazine. • Providing a secure, centralized data dashboard with: - Real Time updates - Temporal and geographic trend analysis - CSV download capability - Data Dictionary - Multi-user access management
