(Response required) Quantity: 3900 UOM: CY Price: $ Total: $ 9.3 Dredging & Disposal – Area 3 This item shall consist of performing all work related to the dredging, management, transport, and disposal of material within Area 3 of Yacht Haven Grande Marina. (Response required) Quantity: 17850 UOM: CY Price: $ Total: $ 9.4 Contingency Allowance - Dredging & Disposal This item shall consist of performing all work related to the dredging, management, transport, and disposal of material of additional quantities of Yacht Haven Grande Marina portion of the project area. This item shall only be utilized to for material in excess of the permitted quantities due to differing site conditions from the confirmed pre-dredge survey versus the baseline existing conditions survey. This item shall only be utilized for purposes of the project at the explicit direction of VIPA's Director of Engineering following the necessary regulatory approvals to change the confirmed quantities of dredging allowed for under the project permits issued by the Department of the Army (Federal) and Department of Planning and Natural Resources (Local). This item shall be bid at an identical line item rate as the lowest rate of "Item 9.1 - Dredging & Disposal - Area 1", "Item 9.2 - Dredging & Disposal - Area 2", and "Item 9.3 - Dredging & Disposal - Area 3".
