Specifications include, but are not limited to: produce a case management information system onbehalf of the Department of Justice: Office of the Attorney General Territory in the UnitedStates Virgin Islands; A.Data input and Extraction RequirementsThe system should allow, at a minimum, for users to input, organize, and extract thefollowing data associated with a case: • Party identifiers (e.g. for Defendant, Victim, Witness, Counsel, Co-Actors), and multiple individuals for each type of party • Names, Date of Birth, Social Security or other numbered identification, aliases, gender,ethnicity, and other identifying information • Contact information, place of employment, known locations • Case, police report, court case, and other tracking numbers • Events dates (e.g. hearings, deadlines, external party notification, and reminders set by an End User) • Amounts owed (e.g. court or other fines, restitution) and paid • Court orders (e.g. protective orders, orders to appear, plea agreements) • End User notes and recommended actions • Defendant Incarceration and release status • Case status (e.g. open, closed, pending).
