Link for this call located in the RFP document. It is highly recommended that the person who will be completing the REQUIRED HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) documentation call in for this training session. Analysis of data has demonstrated that those firms that participate in this call are considerably less likely of having their HSP deemed non-compliant resulting in their entire proposal being dis-qualified. The HSP is reviewed for compliance prior to the accompanying RFP response being considered. HSP non-compliance results in automatic disqualification.
