RFQ-731-23-018-CJ - Outside Counsel

TWU is seeking a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from interested attorneys and law firms to provide Legal Services on an “as needed” or case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).

TWU will be selecting firms to be part of a pool of qualified attorneys/law firms for sixteen (16) categories of work. These are: Contracts and Agreements; Real Estate; Construction; Intellectual Property; Immigration and International law; Tax Matters; Charitable Trust and Gift Administration and Litigation; Technology, Privacy and Data Security Law; Investigations; Bond Counsel; Employment; Governance; Higher Education; Texas Public Information Act; Texas Open Meetings Act; and Risk Management.
