Description

The project consists of improvements for Les Lacs Pond Improvements, Phase II to
include screening a wall, park landscape and irrigation improvements.

This project contains a large portion of work that is specialized, requiring oversite by
professional Licensed Irrigators and qualified professional landscape installers. All
trades much have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience.

The Town of Addison, Texas is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the Les Lacs
Pond Improvements Phase II- Screening Wall and Landscape Improvements in
accordance with the specifications, bid documents and contract document prepared by
Westra consultants. Sealed Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 pm, Tuesday May
20th , 2025 at the Finance Building located 5350 Belt Line Road, Dallas, Texas 75254 and
labeled ATTN: Purchasing Manager. Late proposals will not be considered. The Town
of Addison reserves the right to waive any formalities, to reject any and all proposals, and
to select the proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town of Addison.
