Description

The City of Sunset Valley is soliciting sealed Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from individual attorneys or law firms to provide legal services as the Municipal Court Prosecutor. The Prosecutor shall represent the State of Texas in all Class C misdemeanor cases filed in the Sunset Valley Municipal Court, including but not limited to traffic violations, code enforcement matters, and other violations of the City’s Code of Ordinances.
The selected attorney or firm will be appointed by, and serve at the will of, the Sunset Valley City Council, to ensure effective prosecution and case management.
