Summary of Specifications:
The South San Antonio Independent School District is requesting bids from interested vendors to paint the exterior of Price Elementary School. The school is located at 245 Price Ave., San Antonio Texas 78211. The project will include: Prep work to include pressure washing, scrape, caulk, spot prime, and sanding when necessary. Prep and paint all doors, exterior only and hand rails with semi-gloss finish with DTM from PPG products or approved equal. Painting of all exterior walls with 100% acrylic eggshell finish from PPG or approved equal. Rain gutters downspouts should be prepared with gallon of primer-each, complete prime and paint with semi-gloss finish from PPG products or approved equal. Notes - the new rain gutters are not to be painted. Plant Operations will have a pre-bid conferece on November 5, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Price Elementary School.
