The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) through this solicitation is requesting proposals for weather graphics hardware/software/data package that will ingest weather satellite, weather radar, weather observation, and weather forecast data and display it in a format that will be used in customizable briefings to emergency managers, as well as digital and social media posts. The system should be similar to what broadcast TV entities have for their weathercasts, except without all of the interfaces needed for TV station operations. Respondents should submit a synopsis of what they have available that would fit the above needs, the technical specifications of the system and its features, and an estimated cost for such a system.
