The Contractor shall provide cleaning services for a confined vault containing nonhazardous liquid and solid mixtures. The Contractor will provide all equipment, labor, supervision, and materials necessary to provide the work as outlined in this scope of work. 4.2 Scope of Work 1. The Contractor will clean using pressure washing, regular washing, and scrubbing all interior of the vault to remove built up sludge, solids, and algae from both vaults. 2. The cleaning services will be required at both vaults in two-year intervals for a complete term of six years. 3. The Contractor shall remove the waste from the broken-down sludge or solids, from both locations. 4. All waste must be disposed of properly. 5. The City will provide full access to the vault, and any information needed regarding the sites. 6. The Contractor will ensure all representatives are properly licensed and possess the skills to perform the work needed for this project in confined spaces. 7. The Contractor will provide a traffic control plan and traffic control devices.
