Hidalgo County Urban County Program is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms to enter into a professional services contract for Underwriting/Consulting for HUD HOME-ARP Projects FY 2020-2030. Review and ensure compliance with all information provided by the Applicant (RFP, RFP proposals, maps, project budget, pro forma, market study, project schedule, and other requirements) for the project to include: i. HOME-ARP Affordable Rental Housing Underwriting ii. Technical Assistance – Not to exceed contract amount. Perform credit underwriting and subsidy layering in compliance with HUD requirements for the project identified above and issue a final report for the project indicating approval and compliance with HOME-ARP regulations. Provide documentation backup for all required elements.
