Specifications include, but are not limited to: TSLAC requires that access, usage data, and customer support be available at both the level of the consortium and at the level of the individual participating TexShare member institution, and that individual institutions have administrative access to Core Resource platform(s) for configuration of the Core Resource to meet the needs of their patrons. TSLAC prefers to have administrative access to a consortium level account to establish general configuration and branding. For those reasons, TSLAC requires Vendor to create accounts at both the consortium and individual TexShare member level. Upon award, TSLAC will provide Vendor with a complete list of member institutions including the unique identifier used by TSLAC, any IP addresses or address ranges associated with the institution, and the contact information for the institution.
