Org 384 – Sudie L. Williams Talented and Gifted Academy - Project consists of the following: 1. Replace teaching surfaces at all classrooms with markerboards with wall repair. 2. Replace carpet, VCT, and wall base throughout building excluding main corridors, auditorium, and athletics. Library/media and Library Workroom to receive carpet, classrooms to receive VCT. 3. Renovate existing kitchen (paint, repairs, and polish terrazzo) 4. Repair/patch walls prior to painting all previously painted interior surfaces 5. Replace educational casework in all classrooms. 6. Remove and replace ceiling with new acoustical lay-in tile and grid throughout facility. Scope reduced to replacing ceilings in classrooms and main corridors only. 7. Replace exterior doors. 8. Provide new graphics and wayfinding signage more appropriate for age group utilizing facility. 9. Provide new marquee sign located at front entry. 10. Provide new way-finding site signage. 11. Renovate admin area and provide a secure front vestibule. 12. 2nd floor custodial room leaking mop sink to be replaced. 13. Sink in art room to be replaced. 14. Replace exterior waterproofing/sealant joints. 15. Paint all previously painted exterior surfaces and power wash as required. Architect does not recommend painting existing prefinished and galvanized metal. 16. Replace Sod 17. Replace spray foam roof insulation roofing system. 18. Replace 2-ply modified bitumen roof system (New over existing roof). 19. Moisture mitigation at roof rise walls. 20. Repair broken and cracked exterior wall cladding...
