Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Furnish/Install: 3/4" “COLD” water meters for a Full Capture application. 2. Furnish/Install: Automatic Meter Read (AMR) Network – consisting of Data Collector, Repeaters, Wireless Transmitters, and all other network items if needed. 3. Furnish/Install: Rubber Gaskets – to be installed with new meters in existing couplings. 4. Programming and Installation of all the data collection system components, including connecting and mounting transmitters to the meters, repeaters, and the data collector. 5. Installation of meters – Contractor’s Technician will remove existing meter and replace with new meter and gaskets. 6. All testing and troubleshooting to insure system integrity. 7. Inventory report listing unit number, tenant space, and corresponding equipment serial numbers. 8. Coordinate system specifications and requirements with Project Management and other subcontractors. 9. Contractor will work with SAHA designated personnel on all work, changes, and any other items concerning the project (ie. Damages, delays). All work must be approved by SAHA prior to work beginning, unless otherwise directed by SAHA.
