Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide an Authorized Service Technician for stretchers, stair chairs, and associated equipment. Complete one (1) Annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) one (1) year from the last Annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) date by an Authorized Service Technician to ensure equipment reliability. Respond to service call within two (2) hours. Complete 90% of maintenance and repair requests within to forty-eight (48) hours of service request notification to diminish equipment downtime and Ambulance Out of Service Time. Provide documentation through a detailed service report inclusive of the service date, equipment serial number, service/repairs performed, location of repairs and printed name & signature of the Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel approving service. Shall provide documentation of any incomplete service work and follow-up service needed and will obtain a signature from Dallas Fire-Rescue approved personnel.
