Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board is continuing its Malcolm Baldrige efforts and expects the collaborative consultation derived from the proposer to assist with the continuance of this effort. Using the Baldrige Criteria as a Management System Framework, the proposer will provide periodic support as staff move forward with a long-range plan for organizational transformation. Working with staff, the proposer will provide further education on the Baldrige Criteria, as well as the local implementation of the Criteria specific to Department of Labor (DOL) and Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) funds and programs. The proposer will provide feedback on the strategies implemented to achieve goals, as well as feedback on the data gathered. Additionally, the proposer will assist in the development of key metrics for performance aligned with the Baldrige requirements. The proposer will facilitate training and work sessions with a wide variety of audiences to accomplish some of these objectives.
