Specifications include, but are not limited to: The San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) seeks a Proposer to provide coordinated staging and display design and implementation during the annual SABCS. Move-in and set-up of the 2020 SABCS commences on Saturday, December 5, 2020. The program begins on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 and concludes mid-day Saturday, December 12, 2020. Exhibits run Wednesday, December 9, 2020 through Friday, December 11, 2020 with exhibitor move-out that evening. The Saturday morning program takes place partially in the exhibit space, so the area is reset overnight. 5.4.1 SABCS seeks staging design and implementation in our meeting rooms, currently Hall 3, Stars at Night Ballroom 1-2, Stars at Night Ballroom 3-4 and Hemisfair Ballroom main hall (seating = 6500+) commensurate with the meeting's status. The purpose of the staging design is to draw attention to the stage area and draw focus to the speaker(s) while reinforcing SABCS branding. Design encompasses not only the stage proper, but also the entire front of the hall. 5.4.2 SABCS also seeks design and implementation of large program schedule/information/marketing displays which will be placed in three general areas of the symposium. These displays will provide information regarding the day’s program, symposium information, exhibitor ads, and twitter feed. Graphic design of all displays will reinforce SABCS branding as well as the graphic motif for that particular year. 5.4.3 The SABCS Product Theatre is an area created within the exhibits by hard panels, drapery, etc. SABCS seeks a display for the theatre’s exterior - The purpose of the display is to highlight the product theatre within the large exhibit hall and provide information regarding product theatre programs, for which certain exhibitors have paid. Display should, in part, be visible from all areas of Hall 2 to draw attendees.
