Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1. INSPECTION: The vendor shall: 1.1.1. Perform an initial inspection of the facility during the post award meeting 1.1.2. Evaluate the maintenance needs of the Splash Pad. 1.2. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE: The vendor shall submit a written tentative schedule within ten working days after the initial inspection to the designated City representative. 1.2.1. Coordinate any special scheduling required for specific areas with the designated City representative at the post award meeting. 1.2.2. Coordinate changes in scheduled times requested in writing by the designated City representative for special circumstances due to the City’s operational requirements. Changes to scheduled times shall be made by mutual consent of the vendor and the designated City representative. 1.2.3. Schedule services upon the verbal request from the designated City representative for special event requests as mutually agreed to by the vendor and designated City representative. 1.3. CHEMICALS: The vendor shall: 1.3.1. Determine the correct type and quantity of chemicals and compounds to be used. 1.3.2. Provide applicable MSDS for all chemicals to be used in performance of the services to the designated City representative. 1.4. ROUTINE SERVICE: The vendor shall: 1.4.1. Emergency services shall be performed as requested by the designated City representative. 1.4.2. Perform services at the site daily, weekly and monthly. 1.4.3. Remove from the premises and properly dispose of all chemical containers and packaging used in performance of the service in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. 1.5. EMERGENCY SERVICE: The vendor shall: 1.5.1. Verbally respond to calls, received by 4:00 p.m., for emergency service from the City within 24 hours after service call is received.
