Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Upon arriving at assigned post, Security Guard is to drive in and lock gate behind him, making sure no one is left inside. B. At 4:00 P.M. at the Greater El Paso Landfill, Security Guard will close the entrance gate from Darrington Rd., and advise any incoming customers that Landfill closes at 4 P.M. and will need to come back during operating hours. Security Guard will remain at this gate until all landfill personnel have left the site. At approximately 6:30 A.M. each day the landfill is open, Security Guard will return to this gate to hold any customers from entering the site until opening time of 7:00 A.M. Closing and opening times may be changed at the discretion of Management. C. At the Greater El Paso landfill, Security Guard will check all access gates to make sure that the gates leading to the outside of the landfill boundaries are closed and locked, currently there are seven (7) gates, more gates may be installed at a later time to facilitate operations. If construction is occurring, contractor may work past landfill operating hours and utilize these gates. It will be the responsibility of the Security Company to ensure that contractor does not leave any gates open or unlocked. D. At the Greater El Paso landfill, Security Guard will be furnished with inventory of all equipment, including backup generator at the Scale House Building. Security Guard will check to see that all equipmentis accounted for and will note the location of the equipment on his Daily Activity Form with a minimum of three checks for every 12 hours of duty with 4 hours intervals. For example, if excavator is parked in an inactive cell, Security Guard will note this.
