Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall have a local business office with a representative who will be available twenty-four (24) hours a day to expedite emergencies, problems or complaints associated with this contract. 2. Contractor shall provide a list of name(s) of individuals, telephone or cell phone numbers of those individuals that the Landfills can contact in the event of an emergency 24 hours a day. 3. Security guards shall be equipped with a cell phone in order to promptly report emergencies or other incidents, as well as with an all-wheel drive/ 4x4 marked vehicle with security vehicle lights/bars, capable of driving on landfill roads (paved and unpaved) in order to carry out their duties. 4. The City reserves the right to request that any particular security officer not work on a City of El Paso property or contract. 5. Increases / Decreases in Service: During the term of this contract, the City of El Paso may find it necessary to increase or decrease services to meet its immediate needs. a. Increases: The Contractor must provide the additional staff in no less than four (4) hours after the requirement is made by the City. b. Decreases: Decreases may be made provided that the Contractor is notified at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
