Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1 Detailed production schedule and project plan that includes phases with associated, mutually agreed-upon timelines and associated milestones for implementation of the new website within METRO’s development and production Sitefinity environments. 2.1.2 Clearly defined Web redesign strategy 2.1.3 An audit of the current site, including information architecture, design, and technology 2.1.4 Sitefinity project implemented on METRO’s development and production environments, inclusive of all of the mutually agreed-upon page templates, sample pages, and all custom functionality stated in B2C objective above (“Background,” section a.). 2.1.5 New design including original artistic elements, graphics, wireframes, color palette, and three (3) site design concepts using a secure staging site to house prototypes 2.1.6 Design and respective coding for a reasonable number of mutually agreed-upon page templates, based on approved design. 2.1.7 Method of communication for tracking project deliverables/status and reporting bugs. 2.1.8 Clear and easy-to-follow guidance for how updates, changes and/or additions to website content will need to be administered. The process should be simple enough for even a non-technical person to easily accomplish the majority of content updates.
