Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Pearland is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms who can adequately demonstrate they have five (5) years of relevant experience, the resources, and qualifications to fulfill the role of Construction Manager/Construction Inspector (CM/CI). All consultants submitting a response to this RFQ and seeking to provide services for the City of Pearland should be extremely familiar with Local Government Project Procedures (LGPP or “Local Let”) projects receiving federal funding through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). The Construction Management firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive construction management services for all phases of construction, quality control and quality assurance, and project close-out. The city will select one respondent to provide these services for the Smith Ranch Road Expansion (CR94) project. The project consists of the expansion of Smith Ranch Road from a 2-lane asphalt roadway to a divided 4-land roadway with raised medians, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, shared use path, landscaping, and irrigations. Limits are from Hughes Ranch Rd., south approximately 3,250 LF to 2,040 LF north of Broadway (FM 518). The project also includes approximately 6,000 ft. of fiber from FM 518 to the Westside Event Center.
