Specifications include, but are not limited to: DFW Airport is seeking to contract services from experience professional appraisers to conduct detailed fair market value analysis of both vacant land and existing facilities and assets for the purpose of: 1.1 Developing industrial and warehouse facilities 1.2 Developing mixed-use commercial including retail, restaurant, office, and hospitality 1.3 Establishing fair market rental rates and potential income streams for existing facilities and assets including industrial, warehouse, mixed-use commercial, retail and office facilities 1.4 Evaluation of property for purposes of acquisition/disposition of real estate assets and land 1.5 For special cases, other purposes may be determined 1.6 Establishing the present value of foregone facility rent revenue if an existing ground lease is terminated and replaced with a new 40-year lease.
