Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional services may include but are not limited to engineering services to plan; prepare design schematics; prepare final design plans, specifications and estimates of probable cost; survey, prepare appropriate environmental documents and identify needed right of way. Right of way legal assistance, public involvement, utility coordination, and daily construction observation services are not currently anticipated to be required on this contract. Williamson County expects the prime firms to commit its project manager, as proposed in the SOQ, to the duration of the contract. Williamson County further expects the project manager’s commitment to the contract to include commitment as project manager to each work authorization without further delegation or substitution over the course of the contract.
