The City is seeking a firm to perform the services listed in the Introduction. The proposed new Court House footprint is planned to be built in the area depicted as the open space in attached Exhibit 1 and is approximately 15,000-square feet in total area. The selected firm will be tasked with programming and designing the new building while maintaining synergy, security and separation with the existing overall site. Access, separation (public and private), traffic flow, parking, and infrastructure improvements are critical components of this project. The selected firm will work primarily with the Deer Park Court staff and Finance Department to co achieve the objectives listed in this document. The City envisions a new structure to accommodate increasing service demands.
