Scope Notes: Provide a turnkey install of weather proofing the entire Rockwall HS Multipurpose Building. 1. Remove existing sealant from all building control joints, louvers, and door frames perimeters. All sides to be cleaned, provide new backer rod, provide new sealant using two-part polyurethane. 2. Pressure wash and apply clear water repellant to all exterior exposed stucco and masonry surfaces. 3. Remove existing joint sealant at the sidewalk and paving to building joint around the entire perimeter of the existing building. Clean all sides. Provide new bond breaker tape and backer rod. Provide new sealant to all prepared joints using two-part polyurethane sealant. 4. Clean and reseal all existing gutters and through wall flashings using structural sealant. Repair all tapered metal panels on lower roof using like and kind materials.
