Specifications include, but are not limited to:
1. Demolition of existing glass and closed main entry vestibule, interior partitions and
doors as indicated, removal of existing floor finishes as indicated, removal of four
(4) roll-up doors and glides as indicated, removal of existing break room, top and
bottom cabinets with plumbing and fixtures, removal of existing toilet fixtures as
indicated, removal of existing lay- in acoustical tile and grid in all administration
areas and setting aside all 2’ x 4’ indirect fixtures for re-use in new ceiling. Remove
existing ceiling and all wiring above the existing lay-in ceiling system. Remove
existing concrete in existing concrete slabs for the installation of new plumbing
lines for new plumbing fixtures. Remove all electrical wiring back to existing circuit
breaker boxes. Existing circuit breaker boxes will be re-used. Remove existing
receptacles, outlet boxes, junction boxes, light switches and boxes. Remove
existing high bay light fixtures and turn over to Owner.
2. New work will include but not be limited to the installation of new walls, doors,
frames, hardware, flooring finishes, new breakroom cabinets and counters, new
ceiling systems, re-use existing 2x4 indirect light fixtures and add new 2 x 4
indirect light fixtures to match existing.
3. Install new electrical lighting, wiring and components/accessories for power and
data communication systems. Install new wall and floor finishes, plumbing lines
(supplies and waste) plumbing fixtures and accessories as indicated.
