This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources, small and other than small businesses, to perform a potential requirement. Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.
NAICS code: 621111 and the size standard is $16.0 M.
NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be certified in US Small Business Administration’s VetCert System, https://veterans.certify.sba.gov
Project Requirements: The Contractor shall provide Board Certified /Board Eligible (Interventional) Cardiologist to provide On-Call Cardiology Consultation Services in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Thomas E Creek VA Medical Center (VAMC).
Place of Performance: Contractor shall furnish services at the Thomas E Creek VA Medical Center 6010 Amarillo Blvd West Amarillo, TX 79106-1991.
Anticipated period of performance:
October 01, 2025 - September 30, 2026
Information sought: Response to this announcement shall not exceed 10 pages and should include the following information:
(1) A tailored capability statement indicating the firm’s ability to provide the services required in the Statement of work. The firm must include all certifications, qualifications, and training certificates.
(2) Each capability statement submittal shall also include the following business information:
a. Organization Name
b. Organization Address
c. Organization UEI Number
d. Point of Contact (including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address)
e. Business size under NAICS 621111
f. Socio-economic status (IF SDVOSB or VOSB - provide SDVOSB or VOSB CVE verification)

Synopsis
SERVICES REQUIRED. Under the authority of Title 38 USC 8153, Health Care Resources (HCR) sharing Authority, FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and VAAR 873 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Healthcare Resources, the Contractor agrees to provide Health Care Resources in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein, to the Thomas E Creek VA Medical Center 6010 Amarillo Blvd West Amarillo, TX 79106-1991. The Contractor shall provide Board Certified /Board Eligible (Interventional) Cardiologist to provide On-Call Cardiology Consultation Services required to participate on-site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Thomas E Creek VA Medical Center (VAMC).
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. Services will be provided in Thomas E Creek VA Medical Center 6010 Amarillo Blvd West Amarillo, TX 79106-1991.
License and Certification. The Contractor’s physician(s) assigned by the Contractor to perform the services covered by this contract shall have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia) when services are performed onsite on VA property.
All licenses held by the personnel working on this contract shall be full and unrestricted licenses. Contractor’s physician(s) who have current, full and unrestricted licenses in one or more states, but who have, or ever had, a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
All Contractor’s physician(s) shall be Board Certified /Board Eligible Cardiologist by the American Board of Internal Medicine in cardiology http://www.abim.org/, and be currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalency. All continuing education courses required for maintaining certification must be kept up to date at all times. Documentation verifying current certification shall be provided by the Contractor to the VA COR on an annual basis for each year of contract performance.
