Specifications include, but are not limited to: Plan, manage, and staff the following types of events: 7.27.1. Open House, Workshop or Meet the Contractor 7.27.2. Ribbon Cutting or Groundbreaking 7.27.3. Public Hearing or Stakeholder Meeting 7.27.4. Business Roundtable or Task Force Meeting 7.27.5. Public Outreach Events 7.28. Provide the following public involvement activities on an hourly basis: 7.28.1. Media alerts and traffic alerts. 7.28.2. News releases. 7.28.3. Internal talking points. 7.28.4. News conference talking points. 7.28.5. Stakeholder emails and letters. 7.28.6. Social media - Twitter, Facebook, etc. 7.28.7. Survey creation. 7.28.8. MetroQuest or similar online surveys. 7.28.9. Web page content or editing for existing TxDOT website, working with TxDOT to implement any accepted edits. 7.28.10. Website updates for both internaland externalproject websites, working with TxDOT to make any accepted updates. 7.28.11. Attend internal and external meetings and events. 7.28.12. Legal notices. 7.28.13. Participation at an event held by others. 7.28.14. Attend construction meeting. 7.28.15. Create e-newsletter or newsletter. 7.28.16. Bi-weekly construction summary report that includes lane closure information. 7.28.17. Create an annual report. 7.28.18. Attend and actively participate in meeting. 7.28.19. Attend Technical Steering Committee meeting. 7.28.20. Create and distribute stakeholder emails and letters including but not limited to: communications plans, information flyers, fact sheets, display ads, frequently asked questions, lane closure reports, traffic updates. 7.28.21. Meeting summary and response report for each meeting. 7.28.22. Elected Official letters. 7.28.23. Exhibits...
