Multiple firms may be selected to participate in the IDIQ pool at the completion of the qualification process. TCCD is looking for firms that have a strong background in leadership development, executive leadership coaching, including organizational and cultural alignment, professional development and change management, as well as extensive theoretical and practical experience in these areas. The background and experience of the firm’s personnel should convey the ability to provide or perform the following: a.) Create a collaborative model that enhances participants’ self-awareness, emotional intelligence, cooperative skills and leadership capacity through individual and group coaching. b.) Collect and share best practices around leadership skills development. c.) Provide tools and resources to advance participant learning. d.) Develop communication and facilitation plans to support the implementation of the skills taught. e.) Create tools to assess the participants’ progress.
