Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1: 4.1. Provide hosting services for Primavera P6 licenses provided by LCRA. The primary sourcing requirement is to identify a hosted service for Primavera P6. 4.2. Provide expert consulting services for use of Primavera P6, configuration & implementation of the tool and potential integrations with PeopleSoft modules or other software packages. Specialization in project management is key to minimizing the level of LCRA technical resource time required to support the environment and to ensuring the ultimate configuration will satisfy LCRA’s needs. Project management expertise by the Supplier will also be critical for making recommendations for the future build out of the tool. 4.3. Provide training services for LCRA staff for the proof of concept evaluation and provide consultant support for P6 expertise during Proof of Concept. (POC: January 2020 – February 2020) 4.4. Supplier shall conduct a project kickoff session with LCRA project manager and technical leads to outline the project goals, approach, and timeline. 4.5. Supplier shall conduct information gathering sessions with selected LCRA staff to understand what future capabilities the organization would like in the new PMIS. 4.5.1. Supplier will make a recommendation to LCRA for a system architecture – including software packages and required integrations – that will meet LCRA’s future needs. 4.6. Supplier shall be responsible for the solution technology configuration design and documentation. A P6 configuration document will be provided to LCRA. Phase 2: 4.7. Initial Implementation Period: March 2020 to July 2020. The focus of this phase is to get the LCRA PMO staff using Primavera P6 at a basic user lever to manage their active project schedules. 4.8. Supplier will host up to 85 additional Primavera P6 licenses (total of 100) that will be purchased/owned by LCRA. 4.9. Supplier will import all of the active, completed or on hold LCRA projects, approximately 350 projects which is subject to change, into the Test Environment, and once successful, import them into the Production Environment by July 31, 2020. 4.10. Supplier will provide training to LCRA staff on use of Primavera P6.
