This project consists of roadway, drainage and wastewater improvements along Fort Worth Street from Walnut Creek Drive to King’s Way Drive, roadway and wastewater improvements along Live Oak Drive from Fort Worth Street to Dayton Road, and offsite drainage improvements from the intersection of Fort Worth Street and Hillcrest Drive following an existing 60’ drainage easement approximately 1,100 linear feet downstream. The roadway improvements for Fort Worth Street are proposed to be replaced with 29’ back-to-back 8” asphalt paving section with concrete curb and gutter roadway with sidewalks along both sides all contained within the existing 60’ ROW. Live Oak Street roadway improvements are proposed to be replaced with 29’ back-to-back asphalt paving section with concrete curb and gutter roadway with sidewalks along both sides all contained within the existing 50’ ROW. The offsite drainage improvements include the installation of an underground RCP system, a new drainage flume, and channel grading.
