Specifications include, but are not limited to: i.One Ton, 500 PPD Vacuum Regulators- Quantity 16 (Annual Service)a.The maintenance of each regulator shall be scheduled with the WTP to ensure that the City cancontinue operation as normal.b.The annual maintenance on these vacuum regulators shall include:1)Replacement of internal mechanisms that are included in the maintenance kit for eachHydro vacuum regulator and Archer vacuum regulator. The City operates 12 Hydrovacuum regulators and four Archer vacuum regulators.2)Replacement of tubing on each vacuum regulator with new tubing and fittings as needed(this includes both the vent line and the feed line). Each line will take roughly three feet oftubing.3)That the drip legs of each regulator be flushed out, cleaned, and reassembled while theregulator is being serviced.ii.2000 PPD Chlorine Gas Automatic Control Valves & Ejectors Quantity 2 (Semi-Annual Services inOctober/April)a.Inspection and maintenance of the Hydro Omni-Valves shall include:1)Removal and inspection of the valve body.2)The cleaning and lubrication of all assembled parts of the valve body.3)Replace valve seat if wear is present.4)Replacement of the stem seat and O-rings every time the valve is serviced.5)The ejector diaphragms for each Omni-Valve shall be inspected at each time of service andthe diaphragm should be replaced if necessary, depending on the condition at time ofservice.
