Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for one (1) enclosed boat storage space of approximately 3,120 square feet located within close proximity to Choke Canyon Reservoir and lake Corpus Christi, to allow for quick access response, in Live Oak County with the following specifications. 1.1. Boat storage spaces shall meet or exceed the following: 1.1.1 One (1) enclosed storage space of approximately 3,120 square feet. 1.1.1.1 Minimum height of fourteen (14) feet. 1.1.1.2 Minimum depth of thirty-nine (39) feet. 1.1.1.3 Minimum length of eighty (80) feet. 1.1.2 Four (4) Garage style bay door with minimum height of twelve (12) feet and minimum width of twelve (12) feet each. 1.1.2.1 Bay entrances shall be adjacent to one another. 1.1.2.2 Bay doors shall be functional (able to open) during power outages. 1.1.3 Roll-up style bay doors constructed of painted aluminum. 1.1.3.1 Minimum height of twelve (12) feet 1.1.3.2 Minimum width of twelve (12) feet. 1.1.3.3 Bay doors shall be functional (able to open) during power outages.
