Specifications include, but are not limited to: existing process control equipment. Services include system monitoring, network trouble shooting and repair, process control troubleshooting or program modifications, field instruments troubleshooting and replacement, human-machine interface troubleshooting configurations, and system modifications and a system checkout detail for each Project Facility and completing miscellaneous requests by the AUTHORITY. A report will be generated documenting any problems and resolutions found and resolved during any visit. Any configuration changes, security changes, and/or system changes will be fully documented with before/after configuration files. System/Device passwords will be provided to AUTHORITY Information Technology Support Services for safekeeping. Service shall be scheduled a minimum of three (3) days in advance. Service shall include periodic services, miscellaneous projects, training, and similar services.
