The project includes paving and drainage improvments within the Montclair 2 & 3 subdivision. Roadway improvements will include full pavement replacement along La Jolla Drive, Intervale Drive, Mill River Drive, Tahoe Drive and a portion of Birtchoow Drive. New roadway sections will be concrete pavement with curb and gutter with new sidewalks. Driveways on the reconstructed roads will also be reconstructed. Additional concrete pavement repair will be required for trenching saw cuts. Drainage improvements include the addition of storm drain pipes and inlets. Water improvements include upsizing the line to 8-inches along Intervale Drive and Tahoe Drive. Sewer improvements include upsizing the line to 8-inches along Mill River Drive and Tahoe Drive.
